My Approach

  • Trauma-Attuned

We pay close attention to your nervous system and protective patterns, allowing healing to unfold with care rather than pressure or urgency.

  • Deep & Practical

Using EMDR, parts-informed, and somatic approaches, we work toward meaningful change that shows up in daily life—not just insight.

  • Relational

Our work is grounded in a steady, collaborative relationship where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or move faster than feels safe.

  • Neurodivergent-Affirming

I work with ADHD and autistic adults in ways that respect sensory needs, pacing, communication styles, and nervous system differences—without pathologizing or forcing conformity.

  • Mindful and Meaning-Oriented

We cultivate awareness of your inner world—through mindfulness, embodiment, and reflective practices—while honoring that any spiritual framework is entirely yours to define, adapt, or leave aside.

  • Compassionately Direct

I offer warmth and empathy alongside honest reflection, helping you see patterns clearly while feeling supported rather than judged.

I see clients in person and through telehealth, offering flexibility without sacrificing depth. I also lead therapy groups and value the unique strength of shared healing.

Maxie, my 20-pound Yorkie, is often in the office and quietly joins many sessions. His presence can feel grounding and comforting for some clients. That said, he is never required in the room — if you prefer a dog-free space, just let me know and I’m happy to accommodate.

Depth work, grounded in safety and choice.
