Hey, I’m Alya.

I offer trauma-attuned therapy for people who think deeply, feel intensely, and have learned to function through a lot. My work is relational, body-aware, and paced to support real change.

Healing that moves at the pace of trust

My Approach

Trauma doesn’t just live in your memories—it lives in your body, your relationships, and your nervous system. I offer a steady, attuned space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or override your limits. We work collaboratively, honoring the parts of you that learned to survive—and gently inviting new ways of being.

I integrate EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, and somatic trauma therapy to support healing at both emotional and physiological levels. This work is grounded, relational, and deep—helping you feel more regulated, more connected to yourself, and more able to move through life with clarity, choice, and self-trust.
