Trauma Intensives

Some trauma benefits from a different container — one with more space and depth.

A two-day EMDR trauma intensive offers focused, uninterrupted time to process the memories that continue to live in your nervous system.

We step out of everyday life and into a carefully held therapeutic space, allowing your system to settle enough to move through what has felt stuck.

I specialize in PTSD and complex, relational trauma (C-PTSD) — the kind that forms slowly over years and shapes how you feel in relationships, in your body, and in your sense of self.

This work is deeply somatic and powerful.

  • Over two days, we identify what you’re ready to process, build a grounded internal sense of safety, and engage in focused EMDR work.

Our time includes guided practices, EMDR, thoughtful integration pauses, a shared mid-day meal, and a closing hike each day to help your body metabolize the work.

  • I am certified in Somatic EMDR through The Embody Lab and hold a certificate in Somatic Trauma Therapy. I am also trained as a yoga instructor, and this body-based understanding is woven throughout the entire experience.

We do not only work with memories.
We work with how those memories live in your body.

My goal is for you to leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more regulated — not overwhelmed or cracked open.

  • Trauma intensives are especially helpful for people who:

    • Feel “stuck” in weekly therapy

    • Carry long-term relational trauma or childhood trauma

    • Want to process specific memories in a contained way

    • Are ready to do deep work without dragging it out over months

    • Want a somatic, nervous-system-aware approach to EMDR

  • Trauma processing needs both activation and integration.

The second day is essential. It allows your nervous system to settle, your mind to make meaning, and your body to fully metabolize what we’ve worked through.

    You don’t leave raw.
    You leave grounded.

  • My goal is for you to leave this intensive feeling:

    • More spacious inside

    • Less reactive to old triggers

    • Clearer about their story

    • More connected to their body

    • Deeply relieved

Not because we talked about trauma.

Because we helped your nervous system finally finish what it has been holding for years.
